I was at lunch with some lady friends this past week and was talking to my gf about possibly purchasing an investment property. This lovely young lady who was sitting next to us, Erika Austin, overheard our conversation: She kindly introduced herself and overheard it was my birthday. Not only did she send me a lovely glass of champagne, but she gave me her business card and said if I was looking for a realtor she would love to represent me and help me find a property. I love how the universe works, not only was she such a kind person but I could tell she loves what she does! She was so enthusiastic and genuine when introducing herself. Love that! When I’m back from Europe I’ll for sure be reaching out to Miss Austin.
